Carolann loves what she does and where she lives. it is evident in the way she tackles each day...
wholeheartedly and with passion. She thrills to help her clients discover their dream home, whether it

be a first time purchase or the fourth home from a repeat loyal customer. She never takes for granted the
trust that is placed in her and meets challenges as they arise head on, with determination to facilitate a
successful outcome for her clients.

The quality of life found in Summit, which is peaceful, yet exhilarating, is the perfect match for
Carolann and her husband, Bob. Together they enjoy many of the cultural activities that abound in

the area and New York City, including listening to classical music, attending the opera, singing in the
Summit Chorale (one of the oldest in the country) or enjoying the world class choir at their church.
Carolann spends time with friends and participates with them in several local clubs. Her other
pursuits are playing tennis, reading a great book, or uncovering a special antique “find,” tucked away

at a specialty shop or art show. Summer weeks are spent sailing or relaxing on Chappaquiddick or
traveling. Having studied at the Sorbonne as a graduate student, Carolann loves to speak French at every
opportunity. She’s a “glass half full” type of gal, with a positive attitude and an appreciation for the
many blessings she has. Those include her grandchildren and great “step children,” who meet her and

Bob in the city for dinner and family outings.

if you talk to Carolann she’ll tell you that real estate has been her life for more than three
decades. Her clients are her fuel. She works with people from all backgrounds, and could
probably tell you the names of most of their kids and grandkids. They become part of her life. What
does she say about service?
